Bullitt County Partners in Prevention (PIP) is a coalition of caring involved citizens working to create a safe and healthy environment through comprehensive prevention services and reducing substance abuse among Bullitt County youth and families.  Partners in Prevention was established as a drug-free coalition in 1995 and is currently functioning through community members and relationships .  Everyone is welcome to join!
Meetings are held every 2nd Tuesday of the month and 11:30am at the Bullitt County Health Department.

Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System

Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System is an inpatient and outpatient provider for children, adolescents and adults in need of mental health and substance abuse services.  We are availabe 24 hours a day/7 days a week by calling 800-274-7374.  We provide free level of care assessments to determine what is the appropriate course of treatment needed.  A Masters Level Clinician is available for mobile assessments in Bullitt County if needed.  It can easily be arranged by calling us.

About Your Organization: Provide a free holistic assessment in the following areas: Mental health, substance use, domestic violence, and learning problems. Need to have a child in the home or working a case plan to get a child back in the home. Assist with resources to alleviate barriers and provide a warm hand-off to community partners when needed. Will work with the individual to become self-sustaining.

Bullitt Co. Family Court

Family Court – Hears Domestic Violence, Divorce, Dependency, Neglect, Abuse, Juvenile Status, Paternity and Adoption cases. Families Moving Beyond Abuse program for parents of children who are at risk of, or who have been removed because of parents’ substance abuse issues. This program offers free access to treatment, drug screens, support and intense case mangagement and review.
