Health Access Nurturing Development Services (HANDS) is a support program for KY residents pregnant with or expecting their first child or parenting (by birth or adoption) their first child less than 3 months of age. Families receive information and learn about community resources, healthy pregnancy, caring for and bonding with baby, providing enriching learning experiences to enhance child development in a safe and healthy home.
