About Your Organization: Provide a free holistic assessment in the following areas: Mental health, substance use, domestic violence, and learning problems. Need to have a child in the home or working a case plan to get a child back in the home. Assist with resources to alleviate barriers and provide a warm hand-off to community partners when needed.
