University of Kentucky Target 4 Project provides harm reduction services to 7 counties, including Bullitt county. Services include free HIV testing and Hepatitis C testing, and linkage to care for those that have previously tested positive. We can provide free Narcan and training, Free safer sex supplies and educational support.
